Congratulations to those who made it (and those who didn’t and didn’t want to!!!) Thanks to everyone who voted, and even more thanks to everyone who got someone else to vote too!

Now that you’ve told us who you want to see in the 2011 Redruth Rugby calendar, we’ll get on with the task of making sure that it’s worth the wait!

With all the strategic voting now over, feel free to go back and ‘like’ any more players you wish. Each time someone else does something truly noteworthy on the pitch, why not show a bit of cyber-appreciation here and there through-out the season?! In particular, we’ve tweaked the home match reports so that the Man of the Match appears in the sidebar – clicking on the adjacent Facebook ‘like’ button will add your appreciation to his profile page.

Additionally, we’ve made another addition to the player pages which might make them worth another visit sometime soon. Just as you can view slideshows of the matchday photos in the match reports, you can now see slideshows of each player in action on their profile pages*. All the photos are available to view in larger sizes on the Redruth Rugby’s Flickr profile too. You can also check out Luke Collins’ tweets from his profile page too as well as his @rugby_luke Twitter account – well worth following!

Finally don’t forget that if you haven’t already ‘liked’ the Redruth Rugby official fan page on Facebook then do so now, and why not invite a few friends in the process and help us reach the 1000 fan mark!

*Firefox users may have problems with the Facebook and Flickr iframes displaying in the correct places. Pressing Ctrl+F5 should force the page to display correctly if that is the case.
